The glamorous design for this San Francisco home renovation was driven by a family-friendly philosophy. Coddington Design was tasked with creating a luxurious home for the adults that was also kid (and pet!) friendly. Key features include transforming a small, dark kitchen into an airy, open great room comprised of kitchen, dining and family area; custom furnishings designed to survive years of play; and strategically placed artwork and accessories out of reach of curious hands. We were able to mix the clients existing pieces and family treasures among the more modern furniture, creating a cohesive design representative of the family’s past and future.
